Working with Cecelia on this journey begins with the building of a comprehensive student profile that will combine personalized data-driven insights with an in-depth understanding of your student’s strengths, challenges, and short and long-term goals. This student-centered approach ensures that each family and their student has the tools and information required to take action and make confident and informed decisions.

The Initial Consultation

We start with an initial thirty minute consultation at no cost to you where we will get to know each other and you can share your dreams and goals for your student, big and small! 

Of course, I can tell you all about myself, my work and why I may be a good fit for you and your family as you navigate the school search and application process.  If we decide to work together we move on to step 2.

A Complete Student

Profile

Goals are further defined and clarified during student and parent interviews and discussions of schools of interest.

Next, upon a review of student records, report cards, formal testing, and other relevant documents, a customized list of schools to consider will be developed.

Your Custom Roadmap 

Leveraging tools to guide processes and timelines, we will design a usable roadmap for your student, including: 

  • Curating a list of schools of interest.

  • Prepping for school visits, tours, and interviews for both in-person and online options. 

  • Refining school lists.

  • Brainstorming and reviewing essays.

  • Managing applications, including deadlines, recommendations, and submission of all records and supplemental materials.

  • Support for revisit days and consideration of offers.
